Hi, I’m Josh Becker.

I’m an editor/producer, cinematographer and photographer who’s enjoyed working in EVERY aspect of the entertainment industry for 20 years. I graduated from film school in 2006 and went to work in NYC as an on-set PA for blockbuster films like The Bourne Ultimatum, I Am Legend, and Spiderman.

After those projects, I was hired as a key PA on the set of E!’s home renovation show, “Clean House” with Niecy Nash. I used this opportunity to gain some experience as a 2nd AD and worked as such on a few Indie films, until I made the move to post production.

I begun my post journey as a post-coordinator. After a few years under the guidance of a seasoned post-sup, I was given the opportunity to run post on a smaller series for the same company. Eventually, I was experienced enough to rise to VP of Post at Cheri Sundae Productions, having at least 6 series running under me at once. Since I was the VP of post, I would assign myself as the editor on various promos, trailers, and development projects. I was able to gain enough experience as an editor that 10 years later, I’m still doing it.

Now, I’m a sought after editor that can bring a story to life, no matter what genre or stage of development. I’m proud of the work I do and try to match expectations and hit deadlines under any circumstance. I love editing and hope to continue learning and pushing the industry forward.

Series Editor

I have years of experience working with a post production team to deliver quality episodes of TV, for every network/streamer out there.

Development Editor

I spend many years as a full-time development editor. I think this is the most challenging and creative job in the industry. You have to do the most with the least and under the tightest deadlines.

Producer

I tend to think like an EP and enjoy helping push the story forward, while elevating everyone around me.
